A New Beacon for Real Estate Development.
The new Rajhi real estate offices is hosted in the new Tamkeen tower located at the north part of the city of Riyadh. The tower leads the new movement towards expanding the city skyline and enriches the area for more investment and development. The "company vision" was an influence for the design where the focus was to emphasis the exterior views. Material and furniture selection aimed to be consistent and bold.
