North Star Place is a residential complex that holds in its core the purest and most carefully detailed design elements that represent the visions of NBA for a perfect and efficient housing experience. We represent in this project the fusion between contemporary and heritage styles. One of the design parameters of this project is the relatively limited plot sizes, which was a challenge to utilise every inch efficiently and aesthetically.

The project consists of four types of villas. Each type has its own special features and elements. The villas were designed in a way to come fully featured off the shelf but also highly customisable if needed. The key differentiator of our design is to provide practical space saving design cleverly mixed with open plan adaptable space. Each villa contains unique handcrafted features for a high-end look and feel at an affordable price.
